Fantastic stay. Not only beautiful, but also extremely comfortable. Everything needed is there. Each room with an en-suite bathroom was a big plus.

Just the following: 1. Grill, upon arrival, was dirty. 2. Room 4's trash was not emptied. 3. Floors in kitchen/living area need some attention. Other than that it was great. Will stay there again.
The house was pure pampering, fully furnished with everything needed. It rained all weekend, but the indoor barbecue saved us! The beds and linen were some of the best and there was lovely hot water. I can confidently recommend Talking Trees, I will definitely be going back again.
Well appointed, very pretty and very comfortable. All bedrooms have bathrooms en suite so perfect for a group. I would stay again and would definitely recommend it. There were plenty of added touches such as rusks, a coffee station with coffee pods as well as tea and normal coffee. There were dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher, a washing machine and tumble dryer (which we didn't use). There is also a very big garage and a large garden.
Had a great stay. The house is very beautiful, we enjoyed it very much.
We had a great time, this was value for money. The home was exactly as per the pictures, and even more beautiful in person. We really enjoyed our stay and few of the guys even want to visit again with their families. We are greatly considering to return to this destination as our bi-annual friendship trips.

This was our 3rd time staying at Talking Trees. Beautiful, clean, spacious house in a very nice and quiet part of Clarens. The house has everything one needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Huge garden for the kids to enjoy. We will be back!

The house is very well equipped, neat, luxurious and they thought of everything, even lap blankets for the winter. There is a coffee machine and pods as well as fresh water and biscuits. The house is more beautiful than the photos and very conveniently located on the outskirts of Clarens.

Parents came from Durban with my two little brothers, my sister from Ermelo with her fiancé, and my family from Pretoria. Talking Trees was in the middle of us all and were able to enjoy a great weekend together as one big family. The 1st time in 10 years that we have all come together like this. The house could accommodate us all and made it so comfortable and special for us all. Thank you!

We were really surprised at what we got for what we paid. We will all definitely visit Talking Trees again. The place is equipped with everything we could possibly have at our homes, and more! It was extremely neat and clean when we arrived and the place is very stylish, everything is of the best quality. There was also an unforeseen burst water pipe on the front lawn when we arrived, which the caretaker sorted out in moments. We had only been without water for a few minutes due to the quick action of Fran the caretaker.
We needed a bread knife. There was also everything one would need.

It was our home away from home. We felt right home. The house is lovely, well kept and clean. We needed a quiet and peaceful place and this place delivered. Everything we could/did need was made available for our use.
A group of 4 couples spent the night at Talking Trees on the way to a MTB race in the Karoo. The house is well situated and a short walk to town. Very neat and clean with all the amenities and plenty of bathrooms. A highly recommended stay.

The house was beautifully appointed. Could do with more heaters for the rooms so as they would be a nice ambient temperature. They really got chilly. No heater in the main room and the wall heaters in the other rooms don't make much difference. An extra geyser to service the 2 bathrooms would be great too. After 3 showers, there was no hot water and there were 7 of us.

The house is very comfortable, clean and fully equipped. What a pleasure to be able to stay there from Grandma to primary school children. Every little detail has been thought of, fully equipped kitchen with everything and more that any woman's heart could desire to cook for her family and friends. Amenities are top notch, decor, linens and cleanliness are of the highest quality. You are spoiled for choice with a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer should you need them. Peaceful atmosphere with lots of space around you, close enough to the center of town and far enough to experience the tranquility! Talking Trees will definitely see us again and I'm already recommending it to anyone who wants to go to Clarens!

Our family found this gem through LekkeSlaap, where we were helped quickly in our own language. We couldn't believe our luck when we arrived and found, aside from the bad weather brewing, a remote control to take us straight into the double garage from where we could offload and directly enter the house. The accommodation is of excellent quality with a lot of attention given to the detail. Clean, neat and well laid out with a braai right at the kitchen door. We could have a braai, even in bad weather and braai salt and spices available, as we left ours at hom. The fireplace and small blankets kept the cold at bay and created a lovely, cosy environment. There is space for 8 people and with 2 full bathrooms with baths and showers as well as an extra toilet with a basin, it was very comfortable and spacious enough. The house is equipped with everything you might need, from a bottle opener to a lovely, soft bath towel and full DStv. It is only a kilometre's walk from the heart of the town of Clarens and all the facilities, along a road with a beautiful view.
The house is very modern and neat. Everything is so well appointed and not only did we get friendly and prompt service, but you really feel at home in this house. We were a group of 6 and the space in the house never once felt that toes were being stepped on. The kitchen is so well equipped and no one could complain that something was out of place. We will definitely be back.
Talking Trees is well equipped with everything you need to just relax and prepare your own food. The fireplace was such a treat because it was very cold outside. The view of the mountain is unbelievable. And more than enough sleeping space.
