I can't complain about the stay. Everything was perfect. 100%
Owner was friendly. The place is neat.
But apart from that we really had a good time and appreciate the caretaker's effort with our dog Liela who was very welcome as well as in their house above us.
A safe space to enjoy peace and quiet.
We spent a very pleasant week in the holiday home. The property is centrally located in Langebaan, approximately 10 minutes' drive to the main beach. The West Coast National Park is also a stone's throw away. Spacious house, 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, hostess lives on top level and extremely helpful and friendly.
Thank you that we can also participate in this service from outside South Africa. Then to Hannetjie and her husband, you are the best, you welcomed us with a warm hug and made us feel right at home. And the house what a lovely spacious house and the sunroom was my favorite. Your bedrooms each with its own entrance and the wardrobes with the mirrors were lovely. It felt like "home away from home". Everything we wanted to use was in the house there was nothing too short. I would recommend 86 on Babiana anytime. LekkeSlaap you have met our requirements again, thank you very much, you will be hearing a lot more from us Namibians. Thanks again Hannetjie and Peter. We pray with you for rain. Blessings.
Good day. Overall I am not very impressed with the holiday home as well as its advertising. We had problems with the hot water which is only enough for two people when you shower (it may be that the geyser is too small and only stores enough hot water for a certain number of people), as well as with the electricity, more than once, but especially on Sunday morning. I was also not very impressed with the fact that the pictures show a double storey house when you only get the lower floor when you book. The description should please states that one shares the house with the owners. One is not exactly at ease when you know they are in the floor just above you and that the owner has a key that gives them free access to the part you are renting. The house also features a double "garage" which we did not enjoy. I'm really sorry to say, but for R2000 you don't get everything you're promised.
