Cleaning: 1 Hour Cleaning Service - Monday to Saturday – excluding Public Holidays, includes making up of beds, cleaning of bathrooms, sweeping and mopping of all floors. (This does not include dishes)
The kitchen is well-equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle and cooking utensils. The unit also has a TV with DStv (premium package) , a washing machine, tumble-dryer, dishwasher and 2 allocated parking bays available for regular vehicles. Parking bays are not suitable for larger vehicles.
This accommodation currently does not experience power outages such as load shedding.
We do not do bookings for unaccompanied under 25's. The complex boasts a communal braai area as well as a swimming pool for guests' use and boasts direct access to the beach via a very steep path located near the pool area.
There is an extremely steep walk down to the beach from the pool area in the complex. There is an alternative path to the beach from the parking bay on the south side of the complex. Villa Royale is on a cliff with wonderful sea views.

Very nice and tranquil place. Loved the view from the balcony and the sunrise from the ocean.
We really enjoyed ourselves with my family, the apartment was very clean and spacious.
Parking is definitely not a selling point, inconvenient to park on the slope like that.
Would not recommend for families with children - much more suitable for older persons. Parking spaces inaccessible and impractical. Unit was not cleaned properly before our arrival. Many places are still old fills and dust. Many cupboards in the rooms are half locked and cannot be used.
Grounds beautiful and neat. Covered parking is inconvenient for large cars. Can definitely highly recommend.
They just need to provide at least 4 tissues, air freshener and extra blankets.
Apartment was fully equipped to make it as comfortable as possible. Was very spacious and really very comfortable. I would recommend Villa Royale 502 to friends and family or anyone with confidence.
It really is a beautiful place with the most beautiful sea view from every room. It really is value for money and worth it.
An absolute gem in the heart of Salt Rock. The lush green lawn leads to the perfect vantage point to sit quietly and light a fire. From the unit, the waves break right under your feet. Villa Royale offers one of the best views for the sea enthusiast. It's a must!
Beautiful spacious unit and fully equipped, the washing machine and tumble dryer make life so much easier. Lovely kitchen that made cooking a pleasure. All fat racks in this unit have sea view and it's absolutely breathtaking. Their full DStv package is a winner for those rainy days. The cleaning lady only comes in to wash the floors and clean the bathrooms, barely 20 minutes and her work was not too shabby. This unit is more than worth it!

We enjoyed our visit, however, don't forget to bring along towels as they are not provided.
Very neat and well-maintained complex, and the unit is well furnished.
It was just too much drama from Chas's side with all the paperwork rules and regulations. I felt like a criminal. Karin by Chas also does not read the proper arrangements that are being made. Just too much trouble for a standard stay ..
