The home was modern, spacious and the provisions made (WiFi, inverter, Netflix, Showmax, night lights etc.) were very thoughtful and made sure there was no inconvenience from home.
The apartment is well furnished and we had a very comfortable stay. Andre is a great host and very helpful. We highly recommend Seagull Hermanus!
It's a very neat apartment with everything we needed, there is an inverter to keep the lights and TV on through loadshedding and good WiFi.
Loadshedding was not a problem. We could still have something warm to drink, relax, watch a movie on Netflix, DStv, and Showmax. We will definitely book again in the near future.

After our 4-day stay we didn't want to go home. We loved the place. The couches, the books, the ocean, friendly owners. It felt like home.
Our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights. Seagull is spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved all the extra touches. The kitchen is well equipped with a coffee machine and dishwasher. There is a gorgeous, private outdoor area and wood fireplace indoors. The beds are super comfy and the showers are huge. Extra care has been taken for load shedding and we really appreciated the gas cylinder, rechargeable lights and UPS for WiFi. The owner was so helpful and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this home.

Very beautiful, romantic places, fully equipped with als. The owner really thought of everything. You only need to take your clothes and food with you. It's a cute apartment big enough for 2 people, there are braai facilities, and the seafront is walking distance from the place. Very quiet area, big shop is 5min away. If you want to relax this is your place, nobody bothers you. Absolute peace. Would definitely recommend it. And yes, the photos on LekkeSlaap are exactly how it looks.

The facilities are some of the best and neatest we have ever experienced; we make a lot of use of resorts. The reception, communication and availability of the owner were fantastic. We really love the covered outdoor facilities with the greenery and spray fountain. Fireplace was wonderfully appropriate during rain and cold. Sea is within walking distance and environment very safe. Seagull will definitely see you again!

The owners really put a lot of effort into making our time at Seagull Hermanus a pleasant one. The apartment is very stylishly furnished and has all the necessary equipment. Neat, clean and has secure parking. The location is also in the perfect area, just a short walk away from the sea. Definitely value for money, would definitely recommend them.
From time to time we go away for a weekend to break away from the busy life we are caught up in. Our choice is always Hermanus, because it's close (we live in Somerset West). We try all self-catering accommodation and this one was indeed a good choice, not only in terms of pocket size but also in terms of cleanliness, comfort and convenience.
We were very happy with the service received. From the handover of the key, to the various visits we did throughout Hermanus. We especially enjoyed our nights in, with a fire, games, movies etc. Awesome selection of movies - definitely perfect if you are in a romcom mood. We had neighbours but we all respected one another with regards to noise levels. An amazing stay!
For business or pleasure this is a fantastic choice! We were kindly received. We were surprised that we received so much convenience for that price. The beautiful decor also made our stay extra nice!
The DStv package is a holiday package, I believe the owner doesn't have the faintest idea what is being portrayed on it. I contacted the owner (and the website) about the DVD also not working and received no response. So thank you very much for that. The stairs in the place are also a challenge, I wonder how much bribe the owner got an occupation certificate with.
Very neat, clean and all equipment clearly maintained. Secure parking and garage give internal access to the house. Very friendly welcome and even secure parking provided for an extra vehicle. Definitely a place we will come back to maybe stay longer.

We were a brother and 3 sisters who broke away a bit after the death of our mother. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, friendly reception. Premises were painstakingly tidy and all necessities were provided, even an espresso! Garage for my 4x4 and a private garden, quiet neighborhood. Very close to beach and walking paths. Fresh morning air and beautiful sunset was invigorating! The warm fireplace provides nice firewood on cold evenings. Too many little things to mention that made it feel so comfortable and homey. Beautiful artwork throughout the home. Even DVDs and variety of topical and recreational books. Many overseas visitors recorded in their diaries how much fun they had, it made us feel very proud to be Afrikaans! Will definitely visit again! Keep it up!
We had a great time. A recommendation that can be made is that a net be put up for the apartment's parking space, as the birds made a terrible mess of the car.
