The room I received looked much better than on the photos. It seems the photos on the website are old. The aircon is a bit noisy, but it didn't bother me. Friendly and helpful staff.
The first night I didn't not sleep well at all. There were guests who were very loud and the talked and laughed way past 1. 00am. That was very unpleasant. Secondly when I turned on the shower there was water sipping through and flowing on to the floor by the toilet. I reported the issue the following morning and was informed that it would be reported to maintenance. For the next three days the issue was not resolved and it was only on Tuesday of the following week that I was moved to a different room. I don't know if that came about because I threatened that if I slip and fall in that bathroom then I would engage my lawyers.

There is no good customer service, the staff is rude.
Place was not clean. Renovations done on floor where we stayed. Dirty and messy. Struggled to get door open 3 times and had to run down 2 sets of stairs each time to get an activated key card. Floor manager not customer friendly at all. Also no map or indication where the nearest sea or beach is. Asked but explanation was absolutely vague. Bad experience.

Beds we're rock hard. Not informed breakfast is not included with cost. Rooms had must smell.
But I experienced a lot of noise as my room was next to the stairs, people were coming up the stairs making lot of noise.
The breakfast sucks. Professionalism that clearly marks a relationship between client and and service provider lacks.
