Beautiful house, modern, clean and has everything one could need.
Very friendly service. Would love to visit 3 on Perlemoen again.
We enjoyed our stay. Everything was neat and we had everything we needed for a self-catering break. The bedding was nice and warm. Cleaning products were available. The open area (kitchen/lounge/dining) is a very big space and it was rather cold when we were there. The fireplace is not sufficient for such a big area during the winter. The TV would have been better mounted to a wall where the couch with carpet area is.
Very nice stay, but attention could be paid to the braai area. I enjoyed grilling, but the grills were unusably dirty and the grill needs attention. It does not have an adjustable grill. In the Cape it is very windy and it often rains, so the braai area must offer shelter from the wind and rain. Another porch with a closed roof could do with a movable braai. I enjoyed the fireplace, but it was cold in the rooms. Are there no heaters?
Apartment is well equipped. 2 patios (one overlooking mountain and the other looking towards see, but you cannot really see the sea. Close to the road leading to Hernanus and close to the Mall, but not really within walking distance to the sea. Linen is of good quality and beds are comfortable. 3rd guest toilet is a nice to have and loved the roof balcony. I can highly recommend this apartment. It is above the house on the first floor, so if you are unable to climb stairs, it would not be suitable.
